Core Office Interiors - Hon Dealer
Texas-based CORE Office Interiors (COI) is the area’s premier commercial furniture provider. Not only does it provide space planning, design, procurement, and installation capabilities, but also lend their hands with office re-configuration, company relocation, and asset management services.
CORE Office Interiors is capable enough to handle projects of any size and has completed many successful, large-scale projects over its 35 years of existence. Their prestigious clientele includes companies ranging from one, multi-floor location, to corporations with several locations around Texas and beyond. The team has a firm grasp on the need for functional, safe, durable furniture and fixtures that are of high quality.
Growth often comes with terms and conditions. The current establishment of CORE Office Interiors came into being when three contract furniture institutions merged. Mergers are a great way to bring the best minds together but can be messy if the accounts are not handled well. Here, the accounts needed to be streamlined, conjugated and developed into one seamless solution.
- Accounts Payable
- Acknowledgement processing
- Outdated systems in use
Dhiraj met Max at one of the furniture industry seminars. The formal acquaintance was enough for Max to decide that GFF is the answer to the problems they were looking for. He introduced Dhiraj to Jessica Young Jessica, Director of Finance with CORE Office Interiors. COI was going through mergers and changes of ERP system from Team Design to CORE. She has been trusted to bring efficiency and improve the functioning of the Accounts payable and Acknowledgment.
Realising that she needed a professional hand here, she entrusted Dhiraj and his team to improve the efficiency of the system and optimize the costs. Team GFF soon took over the processing of accounts payable. They introduced automated solutions to capture data and documentation, identify the challenges and improve the communication with the team. They also helped in the easy transitioning of COI’s system from TeamDesign to CORE.
Soon COI was able to reap the benefits brought about by the change. A systematic knowledge transfer from Dhiraj’s team ensured that COI had resources who could carry on with the new automated processes. They now bore low cost during transactions processing and could deliver uninterrupted services to their clients. The documentation method was now easier and issue identification pro-active. The project coordinators could now handle both internal systems as well as Customer query leading to better utilization of manpower for COI.
GFF has now been providing its services to COI for over 4 years and has helped the company to create simple and effective processes. COI is now cognizant of the impending changes and adapts to them smoothly.
